Walmart Quietly Goes Global
Buddy emailed me a business article from USA Today (10 retailers take two-thirds of your money). Subject showed that only a few retailers make up a major portion of the market.
Something that caught my eye was that of Walmart and where their revenue comes from. Walmart is a smart company and are more global than what people think. How global? Check this stat out:
It’s true that Wal-Mart has a much larger international presence than other retail giants – as roughly 41% of revenue comes from outside the U.S.
Statistics of a Lottery Winner
Shrien Alshabasy came out with new lottery winner stats. You can read the entire article here. Here are a few snippets:
44% of winners spend their entire winnings in five years!
2% say that they are less happy with all that cash.
95% of people remained married after they won the lottery and those with unmarried partners are 100% still in that relationship
Only 17% of families ask for winnings from winners of $100,000 to $500,000 while 29% ask for money from winners of $4+ million.
1,000 Illegal Immigrants Deported From Indianapolis
When President Obama illegally enacted his immigration executive order he also shutdown a vital program that helped local authorities connect with other law enforcement agencies on illegal immigrants who had been booked in jails. County by county map has been formulated showing deportations.
Indianapolis, which is Marion County, had a total of 1,012 illegals deported during this time frame.
Via The Daily Signal:
The Center for Immigration Studies has released an interactive map (see the map by clicking here) by depicting the number of illegal immigrants deported from each county as part of the U.S. government’s U.S. government’s Secure Communities program.
The deportations occurred between October 2008 and February 2015.
Under the multi-million dollar Secure Communities program, local authorities share fingerprints from everyone booked into jail with federal authorities, who comb the prints for immigrants, those here legally and illegally, so they can be deported.

One being the best and 150 being the worst, Indianapolis graded out at 92 and Fort Wayne was 103.
