Whoever wrote Obamacare as a law did a pretty good job in kicking some of the worst parts down the road

, thus shielding themselves from blame. In June I wrote “Obamacare Sets Sights on Teachers and Police”. Now my post is probably even more true in the sense of why states will start not only moving current employees to healtcare exchanges, but move retirees to it or just get them on Medicaid.
