NFL training camps are about to kick off which should excite fans. Months of hard work in physical training and putting together teams will start to unfold in whether or not it will pay off for the upcoming season.
Players will also look forward to making the team and start getting paid for their contracts they are tied to. Player paychecks do not start until regular season games begin. But players do get a weekly “Per Diem” per NFL Players Association and the CBA they signed several years back. Here’s the breakdown and will be this way for the 2017 and 2018 season:
First year players: $1,075
Veteran players: $1,900
