City of Indianapolis Has $1.1 Billion in Unfunded Pension Liabilities

The website State Data Lab, which is an accounting website geared towards holding local/state governments accountable on debt, has estimated Indianapolis has a total is  $1.1 Billion in unfunded retirement benefit liabilities.
