Time to tax the famous entertainers

I have no issue with anyone being active in politics, but famous people get a bigger stage than the “Average Joe”. For the most part, famous musicians or actors usually support Progressive candidates. Progressive candidates live and die on an economic philosophy of higher taxes. Last night when I saw Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen campaigning for Hillary Clinton I came up with a wonderful plan as our country faces staggering deficits and debts on the federal level.

It’s time for a 75% tax on ticket sales of concerts, sporting events, movies, concerts, theater plays, etc. This would apply to ALL entertainment events in America so not one entertainment field is discriminated against. The money raised would suffice their Progressive causes within the federal government.

So Jon and Bruce, get those guitar fingers ready, you’ve got a lot of touring to do.
