It’s billed as a contract with the American voter, and it lists six things his administration will pursue on the first day in office.
-constitutional amendment to set term limits on members of Congress
-hiring freeze to reduce the federal workforce through attrition (excluding the military, public safety and public health
-requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated
-five year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists when they leave office
-lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government
-complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
