Last month Governor Pence signed into law banning certain abortions
based upon gender and/or disability. Immediately feminist groups and pro choice groups rallied against Pence. Their favoritism for these types of abortions may have helped the governor. Indystar.com showed Pence is up against John Gregg:
The poll released Tuesday has Pence leading in a general election 49 percent to Gregg’s 45 percent, with 5 percent still undecided. Pence’s narrow lead falls within the poll’s 4.3 percent margin of error.
In June 2015, Indiana pollsters were saying 54% of voters wanted him gone.
