NFL teams started putting together their teams today by officially signing free agents.

More contracts will be signed in the coming days, but $1.1 Billion in contracts were signed. $444 Million of that is guaranteed money the teams owe the players. Compare that to 2011, where a total of $1.635 Billion was signed with only $159 Million being guaranteed.
