Indiana Governor Mike Pence Legacy: He Paid Off Some Debt

Former Indiana Governor is heading to Washington DC to become Vice President for President Trump.

His biggest legacy as a Governor for Indiana is that his fiscal plans helped pay off some state debt.

When he took office, state debt sat at $50 Billion. Leaving today, state debt is around $47 Billion.

$3 Billion may not be much, but that is huge compared to a lot of states. Indiana is very stable as a state government.
