Decades of German political policy in allowing free flow and generous welfare benefits to migrants has not correlated into assimilation. Just 15 years ago, Hamburg, Germany fostered radical Islam and produced the Hamburg Cell which translated into the deaths of thousands of Americans on 9/11. Now things are deteriorating for the often looked at beacon of western culture in Europe.
