Surprising amount of sexual harassment lawsuits filed are usually thrown out in the courts once they work their way into the system.
In 2014, 10,364 lawsuits were filed. Fifty three percent of those were found to be “No Reasonable Cause” by the courts. Over $52 Million in settlement was paid in that same year as well.
